"Pretty happy with it so far"
I’ve been using this for a bit now, and I didn’t think much about it at first. It’s just one of those things you kind of put to use and forget about. But after regular use, moving it around, and not exactly being super careful with it, I’ve noticed it still looks and works just fine. So yeah, it holds up really well.

I sent my bracelet in for repair i regret waiting so long to do it. It came back really quickly and looked perfect. Super happy with how it turned out.

"Really nice everyday bracelet"
I’ve been wearing this bracelet most days and it feels really well made, the cable detail looks super clean and the clasp is solid too, not flimsy or cheap feeling at all, and it still looks great even after getting a lot of use.

"Nice bracelet, but not great for gifting"
I bought this bracelet as a gift. The bracelet itself was nice. But the whole experience felt a little stressful. The packaging was plain. I expected it to feel more special for the price. The shipping updates were also unclear. I kept worrying it might not arrive on time. For yourself, it might be fine. For a gift, I’d probably think twice.

"Got the Wrong Bracelet and Expected Better"
I ordered the bracelet in silver, but when it arrived, it was gold instead. The weird part is that the box and receipt both had the correct info, so I’m not really sure how that mix-up even happened. Customer service was okay, but it still took a few days just to get the return instructions. For the price, I expected the order to be checked more carefully, and at the very least, I was expecting a proper apology for the hassle

"Nice Jewelry, Surprisingly Average Service"
I ordered from David Yurman and ended up having to reach out to customer service about a delivery issue. It took a few days before I got anything that felt like a real answer, and the replies seemed like they barely skimmed what I wrote. The jewelry itself is beautiful, which I guess is impressive considering the customer service experience didn’t exactly match the price tag. Not the worst experience I’ve had, but definitely not what I expected.

I’ve tried to buy this a few different times, but it always seems to be sold out whenever I check. It’s a little frustrating because I was really hoping to give it a try. Hopefully it comes back in stock soon, because right now it mostly just leaves me disappointed

I ordered a David Yurman ring from David Yurman i was a little nervous about the sizing because rings can be kinda hit or miss. But the size guide was actually legit helpful, so I just went with my usual size. It ended up fitting perfectly, not tight, not loose, just right. Shipping was totally fine too, and the ring felt comfy as soon as I put it on. Super happy with it and I’d definitely stick with my normal size if I order again.

They did fix my bracelet under warranty without any hassle, which I appreciated. But the whole interaction felt a little dismissive, like they just wanted to get me in and out instead of actually hearing me out.

The personalization options were easy to figure out, although I kept wondering if I was choosing the right style since there wasn’t a preview before ordering. I ordered from David Yurman and was mostly just hoping, it would arrive when they said. It did exactly that. The tracking the whole way was easy to follow, and the package came on the expected day. Everything inside was packed fine too. No strange delays, no missing updates, which I really do appreciate. Simple experience overall, but reliable it was

"Looked nicer in the photos"
I ordered from davidyurman.com because the pictures made the piece look so bright and detailed, like it had a lot more going on. When it arrived, it just didn’t look the same in person. The color was duller, and it looked smaller than I expected too.
The description was basic, so I guess I was relying on the photos a lot, maybe too much. It’s still wearable and I’ll probably use it, but for the price I really expected the photos to be more accurate. Not awful, not awful at all, just a little disappointing.

"Nice Bracelet, Okay Experience"
I went in to check out a bracelet I’d seen online. The store was clean and everything looked really Nice, but the service felt a little rushed. One person was actually helpful, but another kind of brushed off my questions, which was a bit Frustrating. I still ended up buying the bracelet, but for the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a bit smoother. Not terrible, just okay.

I really liked how this bracelet looked when I first got it, and it does feel solid overall. But the clasp started getting loose way sooner than I expected?! For the price, I thought the quality would hold up better.
